Tom's facial expressions and body language exhibited anxiety leading to a panic attempt when the nurses incorrectly adjusted his CPAP and Bi-pap.

Because we are discussing two different hospital stays, observations of the one do not apply to the other. Our impression of Tom's care at St. Mary was as favorable as possible under the circumstances of short staffing and the nature of dealing with a "novel" virus. Tom had confidence with some of the pulmonologists but not others at St. Mary. We had high hopes for the staff at Select Specialty Hospital given the sales pitch on them from the social workers from St. Mary, however, there were many red flags that arose almost immediately, including the level of hygienic care
afforded Tom had deteriorated to a deplorable and totally unacceptable state.
It has taken almost two years since my husband’s untimely death, but I am finally able to extricate myself from the alternate universe in which I feel I have been living ever since in order to inquire of Former Feds about the process of registering Tom’s name to be a part of the Covid-19 Humanity Betrayal Memory Project of cases being brought forth to try and seek justice for those of our loved ones who we believe were taken by the government mandated protocol during the Covid pandemic.
On Sept. 14, 2021, after having been told, by the doctors we thought we could trust, to languish at home for 5 horrific days, without the benefit of being given hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin, for which we had asked. Tom and I were taken by ambulance and admitted to St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. Six days later, I was one of the lucky ones to have survived the administration of Remdesivir and was able to be released and sent home, but Tom was not so fortunate. Following five days of Remdesivir, a course of the monoclonal antibody Regeneron and then yet another 5 days of Remdesivir, Tom lingered and worsened at St. Mary for exactly one month, at which time he was told there was nothing more that could be done for him there. He was transferred in the middle of the night to Select Specialty Hospital in Willingboro, NJ, for what was described as the purpose of weaning him from the high-flow oxygen he had become so dependent upon. Two and one half grueling weeks later, with the last five days of those having been on the dreaded ventilator, Tom was at a point of no viable return and the decision was made to remove him from that temporary life support.
I realize I may be up against a statute of limitations on filing our case, with the two-year anniversary of Tom’s passing coming up the end of next month, but if there is still time and if at all possible, I would like to officially add my name and Tom’s to the register of those whose names have already been compiled. This is the very least we can do to try and ensure nothing like this cabal ever happens again anywhere…ever.

Testimony Clips 7
The following clips were extracted from Tom Ursic's recorded testimony interview. Each captures a key moment relevant to one or more of the 25 documented COVID protocol commonalities.
“"I was told he told me in a very matter of fact way that he was told it was okay to go ahead and poop in the bed, and they would clean it up... Things were going downhill very, very quickly at that point.”
“"My point in all of this and pursuing in this is that he was given We were denied. Both of us were denied the treatments that we thought could have helped us when we needed them most and asked for them, and then we were administered a treatment, a course of treatment, and he was given it twice that is so suspect. My understanding is that, and I could be wrong, but that remdesivir has a fifty three point one percent mortality rate to a virus that has a less than one percent mortality rate. So in what on what planet and in what world is a decision like that made or given? Do I remember whether or not we signed consent forms to be given it? I do not. I have all of his medical records. One set has been printed out because he was in three hospitals.”
“"there were red flags while he was at Select, about his care. I would go out into the hallway, for various reasons. And for twenty to thirty minutes, I would not see another human being.”
“"the decision really had been made for us... all of his systems were shutting down... he wasn't recognizable, because he was in such a, swollen manner... the decision really was made for us that there was no coming back.”
“"he had horrible pain anal pain from hemorrhoids, and he was told that he could defecate in the bed and that they would then clean clean it up. He they were they were not putting him on a bedpan. They were not, assisting him in any other way with his bowels.”
“"the only reason I really did not wanna take the vaccine. I, that little voice was going off in my head with red flags all over it stating that this, you know, gene therapy, this which isn't even a vaccine, this, you know, mRNA, which isn't even, what it's really it modified...I'll get the vaccine, which isn't even a vaccine. It's gene therapy. I'll take it. And, and then god only knows what would be coursing through our veins, but I'll I'll do it for him.”
