I had to argue with them to give him the right meds and they refused until he was really bad.
Jerry was sick but doing ok. After the death of my brother Andy on Sep 16, he was very upset and very anxious and could not breathe so my sister took him to the hospital the next day. He was doing better and even asked my sister to bring him a burger, fries and a strawberry shake. By the time she arrived at the hospital he was not doing so good. A day or two later they put him on the vent because they said he could not breathe, we later found out he had been given remdesivir not sure if it was by consent or not. We were not allowed to go in and see him.
We fought with the help of an advocate we were allowed 1 hour a day and only one person. My brother and I insisted on a meeting with doctor and I asked if he could be placed on budesonide and was told he was on the strongest meds already. I came home and called a doctor that I know and they said he could be on both and also vitamin d and zinc. I then called the hospital back and insisted they put him on these meds. They waited until his oxygen was bad and finally started administering budesonide.
After only 2 days you could clearly see that his lungs were getting better and his oxygen jumped from high 70’s to high 90’s. We started to think that maybe he was going to make it but as soon as they changed nurses travel nurse that is when we were called back and told Jerry was not going to make it and he passed on October 23,2021

Testimony Clips 18
The following clips were extracted from Jerry Serna's recorded testimony interview. Each captures a key moment relevant to one or more of the 25 documented COVID protocol commonalities.
“"So I said, you have got to find out, and you have got to get off of remdesivir. If that's the case, and he said, I will ask them. So he asked them, and they said no. They had not put them on remdesivir. He said, but I'm having harder time breathing. ... he was feeling hungry sometimes. He wasn't feeling hungry sometimes. They weren't giving him a whole lot but jello. ... I need you guys to start looking into some bedezyne. And they said, no. I don't think we need to give him that.”
“"So I believe he’d already been on for about five days, and then I believe afterwards, they put him back on... my sister went in there and said, you will stop the remdesivir right now and put him on budesonide... they said that his oxygen plummeted... they got his consent to put him on the vent... I don’t care what anybody says. He would not have gone from wanting something to eat at noon to getting scared because his oxygen was plummeting, and he consented to get put on the ventilator.”
“"the nurse is in there with my sister and my brother...that’s all I can say. Why would she say that?”
“"lo and behold, something happened to where he started noticing he couldn't breathe, very good as about the fourth or fifth day.”
“"I kept telling her, you make sure they don't give them remdesivir. This was, like, on an hourly, every two hours asking them if they started dripping your remdesivir.”
“"and hopefully, you know, we can meet soon in person, and I hope it's at the rally, and, kinda grow this thing to where we hold every demon accountable for what they've done.”
