The hospital care he received was so under par.
Evidence: Interview Recording
Basic neglect after initial treatment for UTI and gall bladder obstruction. Bed sores within a few days of admission, soiled bedding, etc. Contracted Covid (so they said -- no visible signs or symptoms) after being hospitalized for 3 weeks. Isolated from family. He died 2 days after I was allowed back in.
He was very sick, septic from infection caused by gall bladder blockage.
Due to him sleeping so much, either myself or our daughters went to the hospital for every meal to make sure he was eating.
He showed great initial improvement following initial treatment. However, much transpired over the next few weeks. I have almost a day-to-day log of my observations documenting his five (5) week stay, including two rapid response calls at my insistence.
Unnecessary meds administered without testing for actual need, neglect by hospital staff, conflicting reports from physicians, saying he had Covid after being in the hospital for three (3) weeks in spite of that he showed no physical symptoms. Putting him in isolation despite our protests and giving him Remdesivir without consent.

Testimony Clips 12
The following clips were extracted from Charles V. Domine; aka Chuck's recorded testimony interview. Each captures a key moment relevant to one or more of the 25 documented COVID protocol commonalities.
“"now please keep in mind that prior to them determining that he had COVID, myself and my two daughters were in there with him throughout the day... she put him on remdesivir, and I asked about it. And she said it was the lesser of two evils. ... I told her about the staff checking on him laying in urine and fecal matter...”
“"I want that hospital held accountable for the shitty care that he got.”
“"So now they blocked us from going in there. I vehemently protested the fact that if we're not there to wake him up to make sure he's eating, he's not gonna eat. Well, we'll we'll take care of it. Don't you worry about it. Well, they didn't.”
“"don't let him give him remdesivir.”
“"my daughter Michelle had voiced concern about what medications he was on, and there was no mention of COVID at that point. But she told doctor Cook she says, okay. This is good as long as he's not on remdesivir, you know, which to me was an indication that, we don't want him on that. Well, you know, he was put in that, and I was never consulted about it or anything.”
“"When when his cardiologist tells me everything is wonderful and he dies less than twenty four hours later.”
