Medical Treatment & Hospitalization

Did not do the the standard medical care. Too many doctors on his case none of them took great interest in what was going on with him. One said he was doing great another said he was declining.

Too many to go into here.
Witness Testimony

Stephen worked 43 years for IBM and just retired in October of 2021. Roxanne and Stephen had been married for 38 years. They were planning on being snowbirds and just sold their home in Columbus to live in their cabin.

Around Dec they went to vaccinated family members for holidays, middle part of Dec visited VA to visit son for Christmas. Roxanne got sick and then Steve got sick. they were fatigued and would only be up for a few days. The later part of the ten days they started feeling worse.

Roxanne called Holzer medical center in Jackson OH. They would only do a Tele-Visit. Roxanne was prescribed a steroid, antibiotic and cough medications. Then the doctor interviewed Steve and did not like what she saw. They were told to take him to the hospital.

Once they got to the ER the doctor hooked him up to the oxygen. She then started “the protocol” putting him on the bipap. They transferred him to a bigger hospital that was further away (around 1 hour away).

Once he was transferred, Roxanne was not allowed to be with him. Family would try to talk to him but because of the bipap it was hard to understand him. Roxanne asked him if he was feeling better if we could come home. The nurse screamed at him and told him if you go home you will die!

The next day she got a call that Steve was ripping out the IV’s and taking off bipap and trying to get up. They gave him Ativan which made him agitated. So, they wanted to put him on a vent. Roxanne told them she did NOT want him to go on a vent but they put him on it anyway.

His son asked the doctor if they took him off the vent right now would he die? The doctor hesitated but ended up saying “no, he would not”. So, the family told the doctor to get Steve off the vent. Yet, after 6 days he was still on the vent.

Eventually they took him off the vent and Roxanne was told that she could see him. But then she was told she had to wait. Because if someone is vented they have to be quarantined again. It didn’t make any sense.

During the time that she was there she saw he was trying to write the word, “Water”. He couldn’t speak but he needed water. On the last day they wanted Roxanne to come in and talk to him about going back on the vent. He was confused and not speaking. They put him back on the vent and he passed within a couple of hours.

They tortured and killed him for 21 days. The impacts are huge. The family is split by this and there has been no accountability yet. There are too many days and hours to put it all here on this site. It was 21 days of a horrifying experience.

Rest in Peace Stephen. Justice is coming.

“"They never called his wife. My number's in his wallet. His cell phone was active. They he did not consent to it. And based on the reports, he was very combative, and they gave him medication to sedate him and put him on a ventilator within thirty minutes of entering the hospital.”

“"But for three days, he wasn't on it at all. They didn't even have the wire running to the room. Many times I hear that, it's just so frustrating. Yeah. Right. And then they said they put him on his stomach, and I'm thinking, why didn't they do that when they admitted him? Why didn't they try the the stomach?”

“"She said, but but usually, they wanna trach them and peg them to get that extra money too, which is what they did immediately. Then within the first five days, they trach them and peg them. ... they’re gonna put him in a bed and let him die. They got all the money they can from the hospital, and they're gonna put him in there and just let him die.”

“"I had to beg to see him. He came in one time for three minutes to tell me my husband's critically ill. That's it. Three minutes. Nobody three minutes. They no one came in for the last three days at all to tell me. I mean, the nurses came in when the machines beeped. They changed it... Nobody told me what was going on with my husband.”
