We will let you see him if you make a decision to take him off the machines. They forced and guilted me to sign a DNR on Jeff.
Evidence: Interview Recording
Nurses and doctors laid a guilt trip on Jeff that he wouldn't be going through all of this if he would have been vaccinated.
I would prefer to talk about this in my interview.
My husband tested positive for Covid, and was sent home and told to do nothing. A week later he was so week and coughing until he vomited, that I took him the New London ER. They admitted him immediately with low oxygen levels and kicked me out immediately.
The next day they transferred him by Ambulance to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. I was not let in to see him the entire time except when I was ordained as a minister, and went into the hospital to administer holy communion. When they figured out that I was his wife, they put a stop to that and I never saw him again until the day they made me take him off all the machines.
Jeff went on the ventilator approximately 14 days after being admitted into the hospital, without my approval since I was his power of attorney. The doctors and the nurses were completely awful to work with and were rude and had zero compassion for myself or my husband. Jeff passed away exactly 30 days after he was admitted into the hospital.

Testimony Clips 17
The following clips were extracted from Jeff Kozlovsky's recorded testimony interview. Each captures a key moment relevant to one or more of the 25 documented COVID protocol commonalities.
“"He was telling me... the nurses and the doctors, they come in, do their thing in my room, and they leave, and they don't even talk to me. Even treating him like a human being.”
“"Every time a nurse or doctor would talk to me, I would beg them to please let me see my husband. You know, they had housekeepers going in there, food people Mhmm. Every day, but I couldn't even go in for five minutes to hold his hand. So the only thing I could do was I would call his phone and hope to God that a nurse or a doctor would pick up his phone and just set it in front of him.”
“"And they said, I we need to check with the team. So they'll they made me wait from three AM that day until eleven AM. And the doctor called me and said, we will let you in here if you decide to take him off the machines. I said, how dare you ask me to make a decision over the phone like that? How dare you? When I haven't even seen him for days. I said, hell no. You let me see him, and I'm then I will make a decision. And they he said to me, we will give you twenty minutes. Twenty minutes will let you come in, but then after that twenty minutes, if you decide to keep them on the machines, you will never see them again.”
“"Please let me see him because I didn't get to say goodbye when they took him from me at the first hospital. After pleading with the male nurse... I could see him through the window, and I talked to him on the phone. And there was a a doctor that came up and just gave me the just the meanest look... So I only got to talk to him just just a little while.”
“"And he said, whatever you do, do not take the COVID vaccine shot. A friend of mine, twenty one years old, just took the shot and died within twenty four hours.”
“"But I believe they also treated him differently because he wasn't vaccinated. Mhmm. Which that that should never happen. You know? Everyone should be treated the same no matter what.”
