From the time, he was admitted to the hospital, he was isolated and put on oxygen per his medical records. He was doing better, but then they transferred him to Trident Medical Center. He texted me stating he was being moved again and not sure where he was going. I never received a phone call about the transfer. He later called telling me where he was. Then a nurse called. He went down fast and spent time in ICU on 3 different occasions. Each time he was moved back to the PCU, he would decline. I had to ask for his doctor to call me. When he did, I asked about other treatments like ivermectin or the transfusion the hospital was doing. He laughed at me and said that I didn’t know what I was talking about. He asked why he was not vaxed. I asked why he was not being proned. Dr. Greene said it was too difficult with the Bipap machine. He was not allowed to get up and walk. He was not given food or water. I watched a nurse through video, stand over him scolding him for drinking water from a cup that was left. She then made him an NPO. I reported her to the charge nurse and charge nurse said I needed to understand they were overworked and suffering from PTSD. It was like that day or the next that I got a call that he was going to be vented. They allowed me to see him one last time. He was restrained, lacked basic hygiene, and highly medicated. There was a “code” coming from the hallway and the nurses and doctors in my husband’s room left, but two. I heard one say, “looks like we will have another bed!”
